You should be able you find the license serial number
inside the quick reference guide. If not, please mail us at ame@ame-group.com.
- One
of the programs on the "bundled" software discs asks for a serial
number. When I input the serial number, the computer tells me it
is an invalid number. Any thoughts on that?
Regarding your getting an invalid message
when you try to install the "bundled" software, there might be a
conflict between the software and your anti-virus software. Simply
disable or close your anti-virus software, and try to install the
"bundled" software for the camera, and this problem should be solved.
- I
can't install Live Suite using the Serial Number provided by the
package, any thoughts on that?
Please note the last 6 digits
of the Serial Number of Live Suite. If the number is greater
than 100000, then you will not be able to install Live Suite.
You should change LE001-10-K1XXXXX to LE001-10-K0XXXXX. For
example, if your serial number is LE001-10-K102406, then you
should change it to LE001-10-K002406. We are sorry for the
inconvenience that we caused you.
