什麼是 Firewire?

IEEE-1394是一種短距離、高速度的資料通訊傳輸格式，原開發者是蘋果電腦公司，並俗稱為Fire Wire。1394是一單純快速且便宜的數位資料匯流（BUS），應用於DV硬體間的傳輸。在理論上，1394可連接磁碟和電腦（代替SCSI）或連接電腦與電腦（代替Ethernet）以及其他數位影像的裝置。
